Do you ship internationally?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Japan.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modification or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Processing times may be extended during holidays or sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days and ship the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices displayed are in euros and do not include taxes. Customs fees and taxes may be applied by local customs, and these costs will be your responsibility.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us if you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item. Include your order number, photos of the item in question, and any relevant details. We are committed to resolving your issue promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the cancellation.
